Terms & Conditions

(By booking an appointment with Jaded, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth, fair and professional experience for all clients)

1. Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked online via our official booking system.

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the full fee may still apply.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • We do not take deposits al payments are to be made in salon through cash or bank transfer.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on services. If you’re unhappy with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issues

5. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or changes to your health before your appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment is not suitable or safe for you.

6. Client Behaviour

  • We maintain a respectful, professional environment. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in being refused service.

7. Age Restrictions

  • Some treatments may have minimum age requirements.
