(By booking an appointment with Jaded, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth, fair and professional experience for all clients)
1. Appointments

All appointments must be booked online via our official booking system.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the full fee may still apply.
2. Deposits & Payments

We do not take deposits al payments are to be made in salon through cash or bank transfer.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services. If you’re unhappy with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issues
5. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or changes to your health before your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment is not suitable or safe for you.
6. Client Behaviour

We maintain a respectful, professional environment. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in being refused service.
7. Age Restrictions

Some treatments may have minimum age requirements.
