Policy

Cancellations:

If you wish to amend or cancel your appointment this must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time. Not turning up on the day will mean 100% of your treatment will be charged for.

 

Payment:

I accept cash or bank transfer on the day of your treatment. If paying by cash please bring the correct amount and details will be provided following your treatment for transfer.

 

Parking & Location:

I am downstairs at My.Lab Hair & beauty Stamford.

Please come straight down at your appointment time.

There is ample parking around.
